Payments Policy:

We use PayPal as our external payments engine. As the leading online transactions provider, PayPal offers secure, fast, easy-to-use and reliable ways for making payments.

2 payment methods are available on our site:

• PayPal Express Checkout - the fastest method, available for PayPal account holders only. To use this method, click "Check out with PayPal" at the bottom of the shopping cart when you are ready to check out. You will be redirected to PayPal login page to complete the checkout using the info saved with your PayPal account.
• Payments by Credit Card - pay with any major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through PayPal. With this method you check out using the regular "Checkout" button. After filling the checkout form and reviewing the details, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment.

Please note that with both methods your credit card info is never stored in our database or even seen by us. The transaction is processed by PayPal secure server.

Shipping Policy:

All ordered items are carefully packed and shipped from Israel via EMS.

Orders under $180 are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $20. Orders of $180 or more are shipped free of charge.

For orders available in stock, it takes 2-4 business days until the order is shipped. If the ordered items are not in stock at the time of order, we will provide you by e-mail with our best estimate of when the items will be ready for shipment. Please allow additional 3-6 business days for delivery by EMS.

Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number allowing to check the delivery status online.
